Rebars are sold in market in standard lengths. As a result, when the required lengths are more than such standards, rebars must be spliced. Furthermore, rebars are cut in specific points to consider construction limitations. In these cases, we need to splice rebars too.
At the splicing points, rebars must be overlapped. In Spider, there is a function to manage overlapping rebars, with different abilities and options.
Overlapping can be done in three ways:
- At Constant Intervals
- By Selecting Overlap Points
- Beams at Preset Points
You also have much more abilities in this function to manage rebar splicing.
